Residential Retreat Terms and Conditions *	Checking the box indicates that you agree to the following guidelines for your retreat: General Expectations: Retreat is intended for peaceful enjoyment and relaxation; therefore, loud noises disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Visitors are not allowed. All guests should respect the tranquil nature of the environment. Noise Policy: All retreatants must maintain noise levels that do not disturb the natural surroundings or others present in the building. This includes excessive noise from music and outdoor activities. Noise should be minimized at all times to ensure a peaceful environment. Respect for Nature: Retreatants should avoid disturbing the natural environment, including wildlife, plants, water, and soil, respecting the sacred nature of the grounds. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Damage and Misconduct: Retreatants are responsible for any damage to the property caused by their actions. If behavior is found to be disruptive to the intended peaceful environment, offending retreatant(s) may be asked to leave early without a refund. Room Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time: 2-4pm Check-out time: 11am Late check-outs or early arrivals must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. Liability: Any personal property brought to the retreat is brought at your own risk, and the Sisters of St. Francis/Franciscan Spiritual Center, their employees, or agents, do not guarantee the security of any such property left on the premises and will not reimburse for such personal property that may be lost or damaged. The retreatant agrees to hold the Sisters/Center harmless for such property damage and bodily injury that occurs during their stay.
